- Driver's license and identification documents
- Financial documents such as bank statements and pay stubs
- Product interest selections
- Any other documents you upload in connection with your vehicle purchase
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used solely to facilitate your vehicle transaction with the dealership. Specifically, we use it to:
- Prepare and organize your deal documents
- Share relevant information with the dealership handling your transaction
- Present applicable finance and protection products
- Communicate with you about your deal status
How We Store Your Information
Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized dealership personnel only.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
ReadyDesk LLC does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Your information is retained for the duration of your vehicle transaction and as required by the dealership's recordkeeping obligations.
