ReadyDesk is a deal management platform provided by ReadyDesk LLC to facilitate the vehicle purchase process between customers and dealerships. The platform allows customers to upload documents, review finance products, and track deal progress.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the documents and information you upload
• You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to access unauthorized areas

ReadyDesk presents finance and protection products for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or insurance advice. All purchase decisions are made between you and the dealership.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the ReadyDesk platform is owned by ReadyDesk LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ReadyDesk LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors in submitted documents or delays in your vehicle transaction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
